Our office staff consists of industry-specific experts and employees responsible for each specific component of our hiring process. Our focused approach allows us to understand each individual client's unique goals and hiring needs and tailor-make a hiring process designed specifically to you. This results in a more focused, personal service to our clients and employees and builds long-term relationships through an extensive history of hard work, communication and accomplishment! We also offer on-site recruitment resources and can help assist your HR team in pay-rolling, recruiting and employee management, all from your primary place of business!
Candidate Screening
Orientation Programs
Our orientation programs are designed to ensure each employee is clearly aware of job duties, work environment, safety equipment required, and first day location. We will have the individual sign a copy of the orientation program, so they clearly understand all the requirements/duties. They will receive a copy of this, so they may keep on file and refer back to if they have any specific questions pertaining to the job.
Pre-employment Multi Panel Drug Screening
Our Multi Panel drug screens are performed on all employees assigned (random drug testing available at the discretion of the Client), if needed.
Written Tests
At Capital Contractors we have designed tests that are appropriate for each job classification to ensure the candidate is well qualified and will be able to perform the tasks on the job-site. We will also make sure that each candidate has completed any prior requirements prior to the job placement.
Criminal Nationwide Background
We perform extensive background checks on all employees prior to assignment. Capital Contractors understands the importance of the nationwide background check. We will not send any worker out that may be high risk or disrupt any work environment. Your safety and standards are our top priority!
